Due to the number of items we sell, we do NOT have time to test items. All due diligence belongs to the bidder. Use the preview to determine what tools & how much assistance you will need to remove your potential purchases. If you have any questions pertaining to a specific lot, please call or text 757-818-2968, BEFORE placing a bid! WARRANTY, CONDITIONS & DESCRIPTIONS: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with NO warranties expressed or implied, and there are NO refunds given, for any reason. Please read the description & examine the photos when bidding. If there is any doubt when viewing an item, go by the description, as photographs sometimes include items that are NOT part of the lot. Most importantly, we strongly encourage you to preview the auction in person. Neither the auctioneer, nor the seller, makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to said property. Auction Ends: Thursday, April 30th, beginning at 10:30AM, with lot 1 and 1 item every 30 seconds, thereafter. AUTO-EXTENDED BIDDING: Our auctions feature a Simulated Live Auction Experience with staggered closings, auto-extend bidding and bid notifications. This allows items to close at a pre-determined rate of 1 item every 30 seconds. We also feature auto-extend bidding, which means that the closing time of an individual lot will be extended if a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes of the item's closing. This allows you a chance to place a final bid on an item you may have otherwise missed, and closely simulates a "live auction." If you have downloaded the Auction757 app and turned on "push notifications," you will be alerted, whenever you are outbid on an item. AUCTION ITEM PICK UP: Friday, May 1st, BY APPOINTMENT, 9AM - 4PM for all items. SCHEDULE HERE! Once you have been notified of winning an item, the item becomes yours contractually, and legally, and any fees associated with moving, removing, disposing of, or collecting payment, whether physical or legal are your responsibility.  Please schedule a pick-up appointment and specify payment method BEFORE the auction ends. The smartest bidders schedule tentative appointments early, as they know that will get them in at their preferred times. You may request an appointment any time after 9 AM on Monday, April 27th by texting Natalie at 757-287-8797 with your name and your preferred pick-up time. Appointments are scheduled every 15 minutes and no more than 3-4 buyers can be in the restaurant to pick up, at any one time. We strongly recommend that you request an appointment before the auction ends. Natalie will email your invoice shortly after the auction ends, and it will be your responsibility to text her to schedule your pick up appointment. If you do not see an invoice in your In-Box, check your Spam folder. SALES TAX: This auction is tax exempt. PAYMENT: Your total invoice must be paid, in full, by 4 PM Friday, May 1, 2026. You will receive an invoice for your total, which will include a 13% Buyers Premium (BP), which assumes you will be paying cash, for the discount. If you prefer to pay by business check or credit card, the system will automatically charge you a 16% BP.  All cards used for payment must be saved in your Bidder Profile, as all card payments are processed online only. If you are paying by credit card, please do so by clicking the PAY NOW link emailed with your invoice.  Since placing a bid contractually binds you to paying for an item, you are required to pay for all items you bid on and win in this auction, WHETHER OR NOT you pick them up. All sales are final. No refunds or chargebacks are allowed. ABANDONED ITEMS: Unless otherwise specified, all lots must be picked up no later than 4 PM on Friday. Items not picked up by the time specified will be considered abandoned. You are required to pay for all items you bid on and win in this auction, WHETHER OR NOT you pick them up. Your credit card, on file, will be charged for your total balance, including the 16% Buyer's Premium and sales tax, if you abandon your purchases. Should your payment be declined, you will be banned from participating in all future auctions, and the Auctioneer will pursue legal recourse to collect the amount you owe. All attorney's fees, court costs, and other legal fees will be the responsibility of the Bidder. In addition, interest will accrue on any unpaid balance, at the rate of 12% per annum.
