All vehicles are located on site, at GB's Towing, 723 Kentucky Ave, Hampton, VA 23661 Placing a bid legally and contractually binds you to paying for any item you bid on, if you win. We STRONGLY recommend that you read ALL Terms below BEFORE placing your first bid, to avoid any surprises or misunderstandings. If you win a bid, payment is required, whether or not you pick up your item(s). There will be no refunds or chargebacks allowed on any item, for any reason whatsoever. Bidder information provided in your bidder profile, on Auction757.com, will be the name and address placed on the Bill of Sale and Affidavit of GB's Towing. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure all paperwork received is correct, including Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs). If any information is incorrect, GB's Towing personnel will make the appropriate corrections within twenty-four (24) hours. AUCTION ON SITE INSPECTION: Tuesday, September 15th, 10 AM-2 PM. VEHICLE PICK-UP DATES: ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PAID FOR & PICKED UP BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Thursday, September 17th, 12:00 PM - 5 PM; Friday, September 18th, 8 AM - 5 PM; and Saturday, September 19th, 10 AM - 2 PM. Once the auction has ended and invoices have been emailed to winning bidders, the GB's Towing staff will call each winning bidder, to schedule an appointment. SOFT CLOSE/AUTO-EXTENDED BIDDING: Our auctions feature a Simulated Live Auction Experience with staggered closings, auto-extend bidding and bid notifications. This allows items to close at a pre-determined rate of 1 item per minute. When combined with auto-extended bidding, the closing time of individual lots will be extended when a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes of the auction. This allows you a chance to place an additional bid on an item before bidding ends, and closely simulates a "live auction” experience. If you are bidding in "real time" on a computer, instead of from the Auction 757 app, we strongly recommend that you refresh your internet browser within 15 to 30 seconds of the final countdown and ALWAYS refresh, immediately after the bidding has closed, to make certain the bidding hasn't been extended. "DEPOSIT" & PAYMENTS: There is a $10.00 credit card PRE-AUTHORIZATION (not charge) required for registration to bid on an auction. The funds will be held for less than 24 hours and released, whether or not you win a bid. Cash, credit cards and business checks are accepted as forms of payment, and must be made, in person, at the time of appointment. Government issued picture ID will be required for all credit card payments and a 5% surcharge will be applied to the invoice total. There is a limit of $2,000, for payment made by credit card. INSPECTION & PREVIEW: We want you to get the best deal possible and encourage you to inspect all items before bidding. No touching of items in vehicles will be permitted. All due diligence belongs to the bidder. WARRANTY, CONDITIONS & DESCRIPTIONS: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with NO warranties expressed or implied, and there will be NO charge backs or refunds given. Please read the description & examine the photos when bidding. We strongly encourage you to inspect the equipment during the designated preview time. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Seller makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to said property. REMOVAL: We do NOT provide any tools / labor associated with item removal, other than pulling your vehicle out to the front of the lot. Repair work on purchase vehicles is NOT PERMITTED within the towing compound (including inflating flat tires, adding fuel or jump starting vehicles). Vehicles may be removed from the lot by driving or towing, but buyers should plan on towing, in most cases. When removing vehicles from the lot, proof of ownership must be shown to GB's Towing personnel at the gate. ADDITIONAL FEES: If a key was made for the vehicle, it will be noted in the description, and the key fee will be added to the final purchase price of the vehicle, on your invoice. Keys are made to work the ignition only; they may not work the doors or trunk.  In addition, a $50 pull out fee will be charged to the final price of each vehicle. If you choose to pay by credit card, a surcharge of 5% will be added to the invoice total. If you are unable to pick up your vehicle(s) by Saturday at 2 PM, you must obtain permission IN ADVANCE, to pick up your vehicle after Saturday. If approved, you will be charged a storage fee of $50/day/vehicle, until the vehicle(s) is/are removed from the towing compound. The minimum storage fee charged will be $100/vehicle. ABANDONED ITEMS: Any vehicle not picked up by 2 PM on the Saturday following the auction will be considered abandoned. Failure to remove vehicles by the specified time will forfeit your rights to the vehicles. Any items not picked up by deadline may be discarded, removed, resold or stored at the seller’s discretion. The only EXCEPTIONS that will be made will incur daily storage fees!   IMPORTANT: Compliance: No changes will be made to the Bill of Sale or Affidavit of Compliance, once it has been completed. Paperwork for all vehicles in this auction MUST be mailed or faxed to the DMV's MLS Department in Richmond, along with a completed VSA-17A form, to apply for a title or register your vehicle. Failure to comply with all rules will result in being banned from future GB's Towing and Auction757.com auctions. GB's Towing is selling these vehicles under the Abandoned Vehicle codes of Virginia. Beware that some vehicles may have been previously titled as salvage. No titles are provided, unless specified in the description; however, all necessary paperwork is provided for the buyer to obtain the title from the Department of Motor Vehicles. Paperwork MUST BE mailed or faxed to the DMV. GB's Towing is not responsible for any arrangements made between a buyer and private contractors. When you place a bid and are notified of winning an item, the item is contractually yours, and any fees associated with moving, removing, discarding or collecting payment whether physical or legal are your responsibility.  Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
